Hangul Name Studio

Hangul Name Studio is designed to work with minimal personal data. Most conversion logic runs in the browser. We only store limited operational data needed for community suggestions, abuse prevention, and service quality.

• Community suggestion records (name key, proposed Hangul spelling, timestamps)
• Anonymous votes and reports on suggestions
• Moderation metadata for approved or rejected entries
• Basic analytics events and diagnostics for site performance and reliability

We do not require account creation for normal use of the converter and do not ask for sensitive identity documents.

Firebase Anonymous Authentication is used to reduce spam and protect community actions. Administrators use authenticated review access for moderation. Community-related data is stored in Firestore.

Browser local storage may keep recent names and current UI state on your own device to improve usability.

This site may display Google AdSense ads. Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies for ad delivery, personalization, and measurement according to their policies.

We also use analytics tools to understand traffic patterns, detect errors, and improve product quality.

• You can clear browser-stored local data in your browser settings at any time.
• You can contact us to request review of submitted suggestion data.

Community records may be retained while they remain operationally useful for moderation and quality control. We may update this policy as product features, analytics tools, or legal requirements change.

When policy updates are material, the “Last updated” date on this page will change to reflect the current version.
